At Fashionpara.com, we value your trust and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at contact@fashionpara.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was offered, actual shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately with photos of the product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure dresses.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Intimates, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
