• Custom-made or event dresses require additional tailoring time. Please allow an extra 7–14 business days for production before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (after processing).

• Expedite Shipping: 5-7 business days 
  Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on qualifying orders.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International shipments may be subject to local duties, customs fees, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Issues
