1. Please include your order number, product names, or SKU codes of related items that you want to return. This is required for return or exchange.
2. To find your order number, it is found in the order confirmation email that was sent to you after you completed your purchase. Please check your spam mailbox if you don’t see it.
3. SKU codes can be found in your order confirmation email, or on the barcode sticker of the poly bags.
4. Products need to be returned to the address that CUSTOMER SERVICE has provided. Please DO NOT use the address on the shipping slip.
